Murrindindi Shire Council will be providing free workshops on producing and managing great events across the shire in August. With over 10 years experience in major events in Australia and the Asia Pacific region, Kate Ben-Tovim, will explore the challenges that needs to be considered when planning and managing festivals or art based events.

Topics covered will include effective planning, researching your audience, managing volunteers and identifying partners and resources.

The workshops will be held in Yea on Wednesday 11 August from 7:00pm, Marysville on Thursday 12 August from 1:30pm and Kinglake on 12 August from 6:30pm.
