The purpose of this meeting is for members of the KRECC Association to vote on Incorporation of the Association as a not for profit organisation; appointment of a public officer; the election of Office Bearers and an Inaugural Committee of Management; to approve the "Statement of Purpose"; and to approve proposed rules that comply with the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 or approve the adoption of the model rules.
